For one of our key clients we’re currently seeking a Senior Productivity Analyst. You will be a part of the Global Procurement Team, operationalizing and scaling one of the key AI projects by transforming global trade data into actionable procurement intelligence, enabling fact-based decision-making, supplier benchmarking, and cost modelling across Global Procurement.

The role acts as the analytical backbone behind the project, converting fragmented external data into structured insights, while significantly reducing manual analytical workload for Global Category Managers. This role will Supports Global Procurement Category Managers by delivering centralized trade intelligence, financial modelling, and supplier benchmarking insights, while embedding the project into procurement ways of working and decision-making processes. In addition, this role will carry global responsibility for the client’s Upstream Sourcing Function and lead the operational financial and reporting governance & control.

What you will do:

  • Governance & Reporting Upstream – Support productivity governance and financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of reconciliation activities, management reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and monthly, quarterly, and annual productivity reporting.

  • Trade Intelligence Analytics & Market Insights – Lead the analysis of global trade data to develop supplier market maps, sourcing insights, trade flow intelligence, and risk assessments, translating complex data into actionable procurement recommendations.

  • Should-Cost Modelling & Financial Analysis – Build and maintain should-cost and landed-cost models using trade, commodity, freight, tariff, FX, and regional cost data, while developing pricing benchmarks and cost bridge analyses.

  • Supplier Benchmarking & Competitive Intelligence – Assess supplier competitiveness through trade footprint, cost positioning, pricing, and shipment analysis, identifying new suppliers, diversification opportunities, and delivering benchmarking reports.

  • Analytical Support to Category Managers – Provide expert analytical support across supplier benchmarking, pricing validation, market intelligence, and negotiation preparation, delivering standardized and responsive insights for sourcing decisions.

  • Standardization & Reporting – Develop and maintain scalable dashboards, supplier benchmark dossiers, negotiation support packs, market outlook reports, and risk exposure analyses to ensure consistency across procurement categories.

  • Negotiation Support – Prepare data-driven negotiation materials including market benchmarks, cost movement analysis, supplier comparisons, and scenario modelling to strengthen procurement's commercial position.

  • Productivity & Efficiency Improvement – Drive procurement efficiency by centralizing and standardizing trade data analysis, supplier mapping, cost-modelling preparation, and reporting activities, reducing manual effort and eliminating duplication across global teams.

Job requirements

  • Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or similar

  • 5–8 years of experience in procurement analytics / financial analysis and trade intelligence / supply chain analytics

  • Experience in global supply markets (e.g., packaging, materials) preferred

  • Advanced Excel (financial modelling)

  • Power BI / data visualization

  • Experience with trade intelligence platforms (e.g., Trademo, TradeAtlas, Tendata, Descartes Datamyne)

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capability

  • Pragmatic, and collaborative team player

  • Excellent written and verbal English
