Senior OS Developer (3-months fixed project)

At Sourceful ICT, we’re looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer for a 3-month project with experience in application maintenance. The person will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and continuously improving applications built on the OutSystems platform. The role ensures the stability, performance, and availability of applications while addressing incidents, service, and change requests in collaboration with global teams. Please note this is a 3-months’ project with a possibility of extension.

What you will do:

• Monitor and support OutSystems applications to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability

• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement fixes in a timely manner

• Perform application maintenance activities including bug fixes, minor enhancements, and preventive actions

• Proactively come with applications improvements to the business stakeholders

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and developers to resolve issues and support continuous delivery

• Support incident and change management processes in line with service management standards

• Ensure compliance with architecture, quality, security, and platform standards

• Assist business teams with technical issues, decrease technical debt, and provide guidance on support for best practices

• Analyze logs, alerts, and performance metrics to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities

• Support deployment processes, release validation, and post-release monitoring

• Create and maintain functional documentation, technical documentation, solution documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures

• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team ways of working

• Participate in annual platform activities

What you will bring:

• Senior OutSystems development experience

• Hands on experience developing applications for web and mobile with OutSystems 11 and/or ODC

• Previous experience in application maintenance

• Experience with relational databases

• Understanding of application behavior, logs, and performance

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Production support: fixing minor bugs and implementing new requirements

• Ability to proactively follow and enforce best practices, architecture, security, and platform standards

Nice to Have:

• ODC certification

• ITIL knowledge/certification

• DevOps knowledge

• New Relic experience

• Azure Monitoring experience

• Cloud-based platforms experience

• Basic understanding of LLM integrations

• Frontend: CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
