Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a senior backend / full-stack developer to join a long term project. The position is immediately available and is focused on further developing a web platform for medical knowledge and guideline development. The role is backend-heavy, but we work in a small team without strict boundaries between backend, frontend, and DevOps. We are therefore looking for someone with strong backend experience who is also comfortable contributing across the stack where needed.

The developer will work on developing a web platform, with a strong focus on our guideline development functionality. This includes building and improving backend services, platform functionality, data flows, APIs, and user-facing features where needed. A key part of the work will be integrating LLM functionality into the platform in a safe and useful way. Because the clients operates in healthcare, security, privacy, reliability, and maintainability are important considerations in day-to-day development. The role comes with a lot of ownership: understanding the problem, shaping the solution, implementing it, deploying it, and improving it over time.

• Solid experience in backend or full-stack development

• Strong hands-on approach

• Strong experience with modern .NET and web application/platform development

• Angular 20 and Blazor experience are nice to have.

• Awareness of security, privacy, reliability, and maintainability as important engineering concerns

• Ability to take ownership in a small team

• Pragmatic mind: ability to improve what exists while also building for the future

• Willingness to contribute outside their main specialization when needed

• Curiosity about healthcare and medical guideline development, and willing to build real domain expertise

• Min. B2 English
