Senior IT Project Manager (6 months)

 Role Summary

We are an international IT services company specializing in custom software development, delivering both turn-key projects and secondment-based services to clients worldwide. As a growing scale-up, we value ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology projects across our portfolio. The Senior Project Manager will coordinate all central Procurement technology activities required to support the transition of Procurement processes to HBS (GBS). The role will connect the HBS (GBS) transition plan with the central Procurement technology roadmap and ensure that systems, resources, access, timelines, dependencies, and ownership are clear.

What you will do:

• Manage the central Procurement technology plan for HBS (GBS)

• Coordinate activities across HBS (GBS), Procurement, central D&T, OpCo teams, and technology owners

• Identify the central Procurement systems required for each transition

• Confirm whether existing systems can be used or whether changes are required

• Align technology deployments with the HBS (GBS) transition roadmap

• Ensure system access, licences, integrations, data, and support are ready

• Coordinate technology activities for discovery, knowledge transfer, testing, go-live, and stabilization

• Track deliverables, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and actions

• Ensure clear ownership across central teams, OpCos, and HBS (GBS)

• Escalate blockers and unclear decisions early

• Provide simple and clear status reporting to stakeholders

• Coordinate the handover from the project to BAU support

What you will bring:

• Experience managing technology or transformation projects

• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills

• Experience working with global and local teams

• Ability to manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources

• Experience with system implementation, transition, or shared-services projects

• Clear and practical communication style

• Good knowledge of JIRA, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and project-reporting tools

• Fluent English

Nice‑to‑Have:

• Experience in Procurement or Source-to-Pay

• Experience with HBS, GBS, or shared-services transitions

• Knowledge of Procurement systems such as SAP, Zycus, Ironclad, EDICOM, or similar platforms

• Project-management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2
