Senior Azure Infrastructure / Platform Engineer

At Sourceful ICT, we’re looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure / Platform Engineer to be part of a small, Poland-based Azure infrastructure team. The team would focus on Azure infrastructure design, implementation, operations, and occasional out-of-hours/on-call support for critical incidents.

What you will do:

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure

• Support infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure environments

• Ensure security, governance, and operational best practices

• Participate in an on-call rotation and be available by phone for critical incidents when required

• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and operations teams

• Contribute to automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

What you will bring:

• Mid+ to Senior level

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure

• Experience supporting production environments

• Good understanding of Azure networking, security, monitoring, and identity management

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (preferably Terraform, Bicep, or ARM)

• Experience with CI/CD and automation

• Comfortable working within an on-call support model.

Preferred Certifications

• AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate

• AZ-305 Azure Solutions Architect Expert

• AZ-400 DevOps Engineer Expert

• AZ-500 Azure Security Engineer Associate

Nice to Have:

• PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting

• Experience in managed services or cloud operations environments

• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Azure platforms.
