Cybersecurity Lead (12-month contract)

The Cybersecurity Chapter Lead will lead the Cybersecurity capability within Support Functions, ensuring cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement are embedded across Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal, and Corporate Functions. The role is primarily focused on leadership, governance, and strategic execution rather than hands-on technical security activities. 

What you will do:

• Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity professionals. 

• Drive execution of cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance frameworks within Support Functions. 

• Own cybersecurity risk management, control effectiveness, and compliance oversight. 

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders. 

• Ensure audit readiness and support internal and external audits.

• Build strong alignment with Global Information Security and enterprise governance processes. 

• Drive capability development, continuous improvement, and security culture across the organization.

What you will bring:

• 10+ years in Cybersecurity, Information Security, IT Risk, or Security Governance roles.

• Previous people leadership experience.

• Strong background in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

• Experience influencing senior business stakeholders and operating in a global matrix organization.

• Experience with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and GDPR.

• Experience managing audits, security controls, and risk remediation programs.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Nice to have:

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, or similar certification.

• Experience in FMCG or large multinational organizations.

• Experience supporting ERP, HR, Finance, or Corporate platforms
